1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Gynormo, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Account Registration

You may need to create an account to purchase products. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Product Listings

Product descriptions, images, condition grades, and pricing are provided to the best of our accuracy. We reserve the right to correct errors and update listings without prior notice.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are in US Dollars unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed securely through Square at the time of purchase. Sales tax is applied where required by law.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery estimates are shown at checkout and are not guaranteed dates. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances outside our control.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns are governed by our Return Policy. Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect returned items. Eligible returns other than defective-on-arrival or not-as-described returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Eligible order cancellations are subject to a 10% cancellation fee; each fee is deducted from the refund to the original payment method.

7. Gynormo Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may initiate a return within 30 calendar days of delivery. Return eligibility, return shipping costs, restocking fees, and refund processing are governed by our Return Policy.

8. Warranty

Warranty coverage is described on each product page and in our Warranty Information page. Coverage applies to the original purchaser only.

9. Limitation of Liability

Gynormo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
