It is okay. Mine had minor scuffs on the outside, and it does work, but I would not call it amazing. For frozen chicken it is fine, but I notice the limitations. I do not hate it, just dont love it.

I picked up the Ninja Foodi 10-in-1 Pressure Cooker bc I wanted handles meal prep well. The unit arrived in almost new condition, and that was honestly better than I expected for the price. I use it mostly for one-pot dinners and the crisping lid. The biggest plus is that good value for the functions. There are a couple small imperfections, but nothing that changes how I use it. For a discounted or marketplace-style purchase, I feel like I got my money's worth. It is not a huge deal, but I did notice it after a few uses and was kinda annoyed.
