I bought it expecting almost new condition, and I would call it more used but clean. Performance is good and the camera is nice. Packaging could have been better. Great choice if you care more about value than fancy extras.

Setup was easy and the camera is great, but battery life is average. I also had one weird freeze during the first week. It has not happened again, so I am cautiously happy. It feels like a budget phone in a few places, but it does the important stuff.
