Works great for kids' homework apps. The visible wear but still works well was nice to see and the laptop-like setup is the main thing I notice every day. The lower price is what made me finally try it.

I picked up the Microsoft Surface Pro 8 128 GB mostly for kids' homework apps, and it has fit that job well. The unit showed up with almost new condition, which was better than I expected from a marketplace-style listing. Setup was straightforward: it signed in and updated in under half an hour. The laptop-like setup stands out the most to me, while the bright 120Hz screen makes it feel nicer than the older device it replaced. I also appreciate the solid kickstand, even though I do not use every feature every day. It is not perfect, but it feels dependable and worth recommending.
