I wanted to love the QC Ultra Earbuds, but it ended up being a mixed purchase for me. The product itself is not bad. In fact, the case and earbuds arrived very clean, which is the main reason I kept using it for a while. I also think Bose still has a good handle on basic sound quality. The problem is the details. Mine arrived in excellent condition overall. That might be fine for some people, but I expected a little better based on the description. Also, the right bud needed a reset once. Then I noticed the first pairing attempt was annoying. None of this makes it unusable, but it makes it harder to call it a great deal. I would only recommend it if the price is low enough.
